Player Conduct
Players must understand that our continued play at the various venues that support the league by allowing play at their establishments is predicated on the players supporting the venue through the purchase of food and beverages.  Players that drink in their cars during league events are subject to 30 day suspensions.  Players that engage in illicit activity on the premise of one of our establishments are also subject to suspension.  Gambling of any sort will not be tolerated and anyone engaging in side bets or other gambling related to cards will be banned from all league activities.

Q'z Lounge - Thursdays
Great fun and a lot of laughs marked the first night of tournament play at Q'z Lounge in Graham.  Once the many new players got signed in play got underway.  We had numerous players that were new to the league but not new to Texas Hold 'Em.  It was very heartening to hear how they liked our format better than the other league's that they had played with and that they had a great time.  I know i had a terrific time and will make it a point to return as often as I can.  The waitstaff and management are committed to making poker a big event at the Q'z. Players 18 - 20 can also participate at their own table in the restaurant portion of the establishment.  The Q'z will be hosted each Thursday by Rebecca Mayse.  See you there!  6PM Sign-In

Club Inni's Moves to Sundays
Players can make Sundays a non-stop day of poker with Club Inni's moving their Mega Stack tournament to 6PM.  If you haven't gotten your fill of poker after Schooner... truck on down the street to Club Inni's at 6008 Mt Tacoma Dr. SW , Tacoma... right behind the Goodwill.  Double Points, sponsored player with 16 and $50 first place with 30 players.  Don't forget to try out their Gumbo.... mmmm delicious!

BaddHandz.com
Need a good laugh... then you have to check out the website www.baddhandz.com
We've all had them... bad hands, but some individuals have raised the play of poor starting cards to an art form.  Get the low down on starting hands with monikers like "The Stinky", "The Roswell", "The Ugly Cousin', "The Jezebel"..... Who should play 'em.  when to play 'em, best flops.  You can even name your favorite starting hand....  "The Mary Anne" would be appropriate for a King Three.... right Mary Anne?  Or... how about "The Homer"... any hand that sucks out at the river to beat Homer Goddard!

The King James... King Duece... When to play:  two drinks past your invincible stage!  Who should play the King James: Irish Catholic priests, cheap dates, keg party attendees, anyone who switches to liquid cold medicine after the booze runs out.

If you see someone dressed as one of the characters at BaddHandz.com at a No Fee Texas Holdem tournament and you take 'em out... you'll get a t-shirt with that character on it.  The league will also award shirt points throughout the summer for anyone wearing a BaddHandz t-shirt.
